Study of post combustion ratio of fume during the heating of oil bearing scrap 含油废钢加热过程中烟气二次燃烧率的研究
During this pilot test, the post combustion ratio reached 24%~ 48%, and its heating efficiency was 80%. 试验中,二次燃烧率达24%~48%,二次燃烧热能利用率为80%。
After post weld heat treatment, the value of Rm and R_ ( p0.2) could decrease but δ and n increase, the higher the induction heating temperature was, the more the Rm and R_ ( p0.2) decreased and the more the δ and n increased. 经过热处理后,Rm、Rp0.2值下降,而δ、n值上升,感应加热温度越高,Rm、Rp0.2下降越多,δ、n上升也越多。
